Great value, super clean and awesome breakfast buffet. Staff were mind-blowingly helpful and friendly with good English. Recommended an amazing, quirky traditional restaurant nearby for dinner.

It's not a hotel! It's a dormitory for school children and it is called "Youth Hotel". During our stay there was a large and noisy group of children aged 12-14. They were loudly communicating in corridor till 1 A.M. It was the worst night I spend in Spain. Woman on the reception could hardly speak Englsh, but was very friendly. It was very difficult to find the hotel, we made 3 circles by neighbouring street looking for the way for Borja street. This street is situated right near large theatre parking - there are stairs leading to a small square situated on the top of the theatre garage. Our planes in Spain changed and we wanted to spend more time in another city, but it was impossible to cancel the booking in this hostel without a penalty (cancellation is possible only more than 7 days before arrival date).

Room was cleaned everyday. Free wifi in lobby.
Breakfast was poor, check in was muddled.

The staff at the 24-hour reception were so helpful with tourist information. The safety features in the property made me feel like I was in a maximum-security prison, which was quite comforting.
I absolutely loved getting lost in the winding streets of a mysterious city like Jaen, it was so much fun!

Rooms only cleaned every three days. Bad smell in Bathroom throughout stay. Suspected drainage and would have told cleaner but cleaner on our floor not seen as "they have a problem on our floor". To take advantage of the Spa pool would only seem possible to join in with the constant usage aqua keep fit groups. Car Parking ticket issued to us for 4 days all just for usage on one day so constant problems getting in and out, this was eventually dealt with by garage staff. One evening we parked at 21.55 hrs and garage staff went home and we were locked in. If it had not been for one car with card access turning up we would have had to spend the night sitting in the car. Garage staff should surely walk around the two floors first before locking up?

It would be nice if people could have dinner without there being eight of them.

I recently stayed at Inturjoven in Jaen for a few nights and it was a great experience. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect for a budget stay. The self-service continental breakfast was a nice touch, and the staff were incredibly helpful, even if they didn't speak English. The location was convenient, with easy access to the city center on foot. a clean and friendly accommodation option.
Would recommend this hotel.

I chose this hotel for my stay while attending a roundtable discussion in Jaen because of its additional amenities such as a spa tub, massage/treatment rooms, and a meeting room. I had a positive experience using the meeting room for my work purposes.
The one service that I missed for my work was a reliable and strong Wi-Fi connection. It was at times slow and inconsistent, which made it challenging to complete some of my tasks efficiently.

We had a fantastic stay at Inturjoven. The room was huge and clean, providing plenty of space for us to relax after a long day of exploring. The location was ideal, just a short walk to all the main sights in the city. We were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast, with a variety of delicious options including yogurt, muesli, croissants, and juice. The friendly and helpful staff made us feel welcome and ensured that our stay was enjoyable. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of street signs and limited dining options nearby, we were overall impressed with our experience at Inturjoven and would highly recommend it to others.

Conveniently located near the bus station, this peaceful hostel offers a good breakfast and secure parking. The helpful staff made an effort to accommodate guests, even for those who spoke different languages. Clean and reasonably priced, it even has access to a pool and spa for an additional fee.

Conveniently located near the train station and cathedral. They provided a luggage storage room after check-out. The room was clean and the building itself was stunning. Even though it was out of season, the room was quiet and exactly what I needed. I would recommend this hotel for its location and cleanliness.

I must say, I got a great value for my money at this youth hostel. The room was basic but spacious and comfortable, perfect for two people. The location was convenient, within walking distance to the city center. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
Breakfast offerings could be better with more variety.
